WHAT I EAT IN A DAY 2/14/25


Obviously, I don't eat the same thing every day, however, this is a good representation of a typical day for me. I aim for a balanced combination of whole foods...fiber, protein, and healthy fats. 

Eating healthier is not about depriving ourselves of all the foods we love. It's a learning process, and eventually becomes a habit. After a while, cooking healthier becomes more enjoyable...a creative outlet. Edible art!
